What Should I Tell You When I Call?
Give us these five things and the tree trimming price will be accurate, usually without a return trip:
- The tree you mean, with its height set against something known such as the roofline - Your location, meaning the old village, one of the newer subdivisions, or a concession road - Whatever occupies the ground beneath the tree, be it roof, driveway, wires or bare lawn - What you are actually seeing, perhaps a leafless limb in midsummer or a stem starting to tilt - Entrance width, anything overhead at that point, and whether there is turning space for a truck
What Happens After I Get In Touch?
Somebody comes out to inspect the tree first, and the tree trimming is priced only after that. That visit is free and puts you under no obligation.
A written quote arrives afterwards. It lists your trees one by one, states the tree trimming intended, records where brush and timber finish up, and sets out each exclusion. Ask about anything on it that is unclear.
What If A Tree Is On A Hydro Line?
Your first call goes to the utility rather than to us. The tree belongs to them until the line has been made safe, and nobody should be working on it before then.
While you wait for them, assume anything the tree is touching is live. That includes fencing, gates, machinery and parked cars.
